RICE, VICE PRESIDENT / LOAN OFFICER Service Area – Service Area- Maryland, Virginia (Upper Shenandoah Valley) and West Virginia Gerald and Amy, you guys are central figures in the story of True Respite and I want to again sincerely thank you both for the invaluable roll you played in bringing our dream to life. I have never had such a positive experience with any person or group where money was involved and we’re thankful every day to have found you. You helped us structure our 504 loan so that we could use the equipment we were purchasing as collateral on a large chunk of a complex package. Through your and Amy’s efforts, we were able to learn about and qualify for the Community Advantage 7a loan program. You were the first person in a position to help who truly believed in us and that made all the difference. On the other hand, Gerald took the time to meet us in person and really learn about our vision and our goals right up front. True Respite Brewing Company could never have opened without Business Finance Group We spoke with countless other banks, lenders, and financial institutions who would either make sky high promises and repeatedly fail to deliver or who quickly brushed us aside because simply because they didn’t have the “appetite” for new businesses. ![]()
